Now a days lower back pain is common
among youth especially who are working in software companies because these people will be doing work around 8-10 hrs daily and that too in same position i.e sitting in a chair
so these people get lower back ache which is chronic , so inorder to relive from this type of back pain generally u should change it posture regularly and by this u can generally avoid lower back ache.
And the other cause of gettting chroinc lower back pain is by dehydration, now days people doesnot drink enough water required by the body this may even effect their vertebrae , so drink enough amount of water i e 2-3 litres per day will prevent u from getting lower back ache .
And the next cause which causes u lower back pain is trauma .
Inorder to get relief from this lower back on u must do regular lower back exercises , and also u must use some muscle relaxant drugs if required with the prescription of ur doctor ,,,,,, thanq for reading my blog
